The regulatory record confirms another H-series 3D printer with dual-band Wi-Fi. A separate nine-bay hotend patent is fueling speculation about its hardware.

Bambu Lab appears to be preparing another H-series 3D printer. A filing in the US Federal Communications Commission's equipment database identifies the unannounced machine as the Bambu Lab H3C.
Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology, Bambu Lab's legal entity, submitted the registration under FCC ID 2A6J8-PF008P. The compliance label describes the product as an H3C 3D Printer and gives its model number as PF008-P.
The FCC granted authorization on September 11, 2026. The public documents list dual-band Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi 6 support, but contain no product photos or printing specifications.

Product Photos Remain Confidential
Bambu Lab asked the FCC to keep the H3C's external and internal photos, user manual and test setup images confidential.
The label-location exhibit offers the only public view of the hardware. It shows a section of the rear panel with the power inlet and label position, but not enough of the enclosure to judge the H3C's size or layout.
Patent Filing Fuels Hotend-Changer Speculation
The FCC filing follows three Chinese Bambu Lab patent applications published in August. One of the documents describes a higher-capacity hotend-changing system and illustrates nine detachable hotends parked in a rack, with another fitted to the toolhead.

The timing has prompted speculation that the rack could be intended for the H3C. Bambu Lab already uses automatic hotend changes in the H2C, whose Vortek system combines six interchangeable hotends with a fixed nozzle. A larger rack would extend that approach to more materials or nozzle combinations.
The patent does not name the H3C, and the FCC filing does not mention a hotend rack, toolchanger or nozzle count. The nine-bay design is therefore not an H3C specification. Our earlier report takes a closer look at the Bambu Lab hotend-changing patent.
Formnext Is a Possible Reveal Window
An X2D Pro filing from Bambu Lab also entered the FCC database on September 11. The two registrations put a pair of new product names into the public record, though FCC approval does not indicate which machine will appear first.
Formnext runs in Frankfurt from November 17 to 20, giving Bambu Lab a major industry stage for a possible reveal. The company has not connected the H3C to the show, and no announcement date has been given.
Is the Bambu Lab H3C real?
